Meet the Moore Team

Miss Willow

My name is Willow Roe, and I’m a Senior at Spelman College majoring in Elementary Education. I was honored to be named the 2022 State and Regional Military Youth of the Year for Tinker Air Force Base, and my involvement with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America strengthened my passion for advocating for children. I’m deeply committed to learning, creativity, and providing meaningful support to youth. In my free time, I enjoy candle shopping, reading, playing video games, and finding cozy, calm moments that help me recharge. I’m excited to continue growing in my field and bringing warmth, care, and positivity into everything I do.

Miss Rylea

Hi! My name is Rylea, and I’m a freshman at Rose State College, where I’m studying Early Childhood Education. I’ve always loved working with kids, and I’m passionate about helping them learn, grow, and feel supported in a fun and encouraging environment.

I’ve worked with children through school programs, community activities, and childcare experiences, and I bring patience, creativity, and a friendly personality to Hangout Hourly. My goal is to make every child feel welcomed, valued, and excited to be here.

Miss Caitlyn

I am a junior at Carl Albert High School and play volleyball both for my school and for Charge Volleyball Club. I previously worked as a lifeguard at Reno Swim & Slide. When I’m not on the court, I enjoy reading and spending time with my friends. Growing up with a younger brother sparked my passion for working with children.

Miss Lila

My name is Lila, I am currently majoring in diverse studies but my plan is to get my pre-requisites done to apply for a Sonography program! I like to bake, take walks, or do crafts in my free time. I started working with kids in 2022 and stopped a little in 2023 but started again in earlier this year. I love to play with the kids and see how far their imagination goes! I also enjoy helping them on their artistic side!

Miss Sydney

Hey I’m Sydney! I went to school for esthetics. I enjoy going to shows, traveling, hanging out with friends and family, and just anything fun and spontaneous. I’ve babysat kids since I was 13 but I’ve been in childcare for 10 years. I’m a big kid at heart so I enjoy all the little besties I have and get to make throughout my time in childcare. Kids always crack me up and I love being able to watch them grow!

Mr. Jaedon

Hi I'm Jaedon! I grew up helping in my mom’s home daycare, and that’s where my passion for working with kids began. I previously served as a lifeguard at the Iszard Pool on Tinker Air Force Base and worked at the Tinker Youth Center, where I loved teaching youth sports, helping kids build self-help skills, and bonding over video games. I’m proud to be a crowd favorite at Hangout Hourly, kids know they can count on me for running, playing tag, and having high-energy fun every time I’m around!

Mr. Duane

Hi, I’m Mr. Duane! I’m a 22-year retired Air Force veteran, and I now work at the FAA Center. I enjoy yard work, repairing things around the daycare, and at home. I also enjoy finding new recipes on TikTok and making delicious meals at home for my family. I'm proud to serve as a dependable substitute, always ready to step in whenever I’m needed.
